  1. Operator

      Responsibilities:
    • Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
    • Work under the guidance of Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner.
    • Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.
    • Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized.
    • Able to work weekends as when necessary.
    • Dedicated and committed to the job.
      • Requirements:
    • Candidate must possess at least SPM / ‘’O” Level /Diploma and above.
    • No experienced applicants are welcomed; on-the-job training will be provided.
    • Able to perform repetitive task.
    • Detail orientated and organized. Responsible to concentrate and be precise in work.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Discipline, hardworking, able to work overtime.
    • Understand English language and good in calculation.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Pekan Nanas, Johor.

  2. Production Engineer & Assistant Engineer

      Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for the development of new products and processes include FA/ MPAN submission, development of manufacturing capacity and capability within company’s manufacturing and supplier sites.
    • Manage capability development, quality and efficiency improvement.
    • Know the Autocad system, Design processes, can draw drawing for jigs and fixtures as well as select equipment and tools to ensure consistency in manufacturing.
    • Designing, developing and operating robotic systems in a variety of industries which include the design for cost, test, manufacturability, automotive and spacecraft sectors.
    • Analyze cycle time, capacity and productivity requirements and manufacturing costs.
      • Requirements:
    • Candidate must possess at least Cert/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Production Engineering.
    • Minimum 5 years in manufacturing environment. Preferably having some industrial working/ Supervisory experiences.
    • Excellent computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
    • Independent, willing to learn and accept challenges.
    • Custom clearance for material that are import/export out Malaysia
    • Discipline, hardworking, able to work overtime and good working attitudes, good communications and interpersonal skills.
    • Understand English language and good in calculation.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Pekan Nanas, Johor.

  3. Quality Controller & Inspector

      Responsibilities:
    • Ability to test and hands- on inspection.
    • Maintains quality standards by examine incoming parts, In process production and finished products to ensure that they meet production standards.
    • Oversee all aspects of QC requirements to ensure company’s quality policies are followed and adhered to.
    • Ability to write quality reports.
    • Ability to lead ISO 9001:2015 implementation.
      • Requirements:
    • Candidate must possess at least SPM / ‘’O” Level /Diploma and above.
    • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
    • Preferably specialized in Manufacturing, Assembly, Production Operations or equivalent.
    • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  4. Quality Control (QC) Executive

      Responsibilities:
    • Responsible to ensure the effectiveness and implementation of company Quality Management System (QMS)
    • Perform incoming, In Process and Outgoing Quality Control. (IQC, IPQC & OQC)
    • Responsible to all customer’s complaints and nonconformance issue, liaise with relevant parties in any issue related to quality aspects and prepare necessary documents.
    • Investigation of root causes, troubleshoot of product quality issues and improvements.
    • Responsible to internal and external audits.
    • To involve in product development stage and coordinate with team.
    • Any other ad hoc task assigned by management.
    • Prepare quarterly and yearly report KPI for QC operators and weekly report for management to review.
      • Requirement:
    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree holder in any relevant field.
    • Preferable 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry.
    • Knowledge of basic ISO 9001:2015 will be advantage.
    • Good command of spoken and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
    • Able to work in a team and independently with minimum supervision.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
    • Responsible and positive attitude.

  5. Production Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor

      Responsibilities:
    • To supervise a group of production leaders and operators to meet production target and schedule.
    • To execute daily line housekeeping (5S), operators’ discipline and attendance.
    • Responsibility to ensure the operation and output meet the quality, productivity requirements and objective.
    • Make necessary correction to the operations or operators to correct any problems encountered.
    • Responsible to provide visible and real time indicators to help operators to meet the expected performance.
      • Requirements:
    • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ “O” Level, Certificate, Diploma, any sciences or proficiencies.
    • Preferably having some industrial working/ Supervisory experiences.
    • Possess good leadership, organizing and supervision skill.
    • Discipline, Hardworking, able to work overtime/ shifts and good working attitudes, good communications and interpersonal skill.
    • Understand Basic English language and simple calculation.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Pekan Nanas, Johor.

  6. Logistic and Store man

      Responsibilities
    • Move inventory and materials across facilities.
    • Process inventory for delivery.
    • Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location.
    • Package item and label correctly.
    • Scan delivered items and ensure quality.
    • Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
    • Stack and organize large bulk items.
    • Remove inventory from trucks or shipping and delivery to proper location
    • Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.
    • Move materials from facilities to workstations, pick-up locations, or other locations.
    • Prepare documentation and inventory for audits.
      • Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least SPM and above.
    • License or certification as dictated by the state to operate heavy machinery as needed.
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • May need to pass drug test/ background check.
    • Able to work night, weekends, and holiday with a good attendance.
    • Excellent verbal, written communication skills especially mathematic skills.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with inventory software, and able to upload date into the company system.
    • Able to work independently.
    • Pays attention to detail and monitors the quality of inventory.
    • Highly organized and able to store items efficiently.
    • Must follow all health and safety procedure and regulations as dictated by the organization and the state.
